When members join PlaybyPlay UK they choose a confidential password for log on purposes that is not shared with or captured by the PlaybyPlay UK website, its management or employees.
When using a credit card to purchase a Membership or to pay Service
Fees for ticket reservations, members are taken to a Credit Card Transaction
Page to submit the necessary information. This confidential information
is processed directly through merchant services for Visa or Master Card
and is never captured or stored by PlaybyPlay UK, its management
or employees.
The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself for PlaybyPlay
UK purposes only. The names of members who have reserved tickets
to a performance are submitted to the appropriate theatre in order to
verify reservations when the members pick up their tickets. We do not
share members' names with theatres or any other outside parties, except
to the extent necessary to complete ticket reservations.
Addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers are used for PlaybyPlay UK purposes only and are never shared with theatres or any other outside parties.
Optional Information We Collect:
Members may complete an optional Preference Questionnaire
on our website if they would like to receive notification of certain types
of shows offered by a producer who requests this service from PlaybyPlay
UK. Information submitted on the Questionnaire is optional and confidential
and is used only when a producer submits a request. Information on the
Questionnaire is accessed by PlaybyPlay UK Management only and
is not shared with theatres. Members are notified by PlaybyPlay UK,
not by theatres. Members may remove or change this information at any
time online with their confidential password and/or may choose not to
participate in this service.
Members have the option of writing a review for a specific show when a producer requests this service from PlaybyPlay UK. Information on reviews is shared with theatres through PlaybyPlay UK. No contact is made between the theatres and members who write the reviews. Theatres are not given the names or personal information of those members who write reviews.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in any way unrelated to those described above.
Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, PlaybyPlay UK has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
How You Can Access Or Change Your Information
Members may access their complete Order History online by logging on our website with their confidential password. This information is never used for purposes other than those required by PlaybyPlay UK management.
Members may change personally identifiable information (name, address,
email address, phone number) by contacting PlaybyPlay UK during
normal business hours.
Members may change their confidential password online at any time.
If a password is forgotten, a member may contact PlaybyPlay UK
during normal business hours and receive a temporary password that will
allow a member to login and choose a new confidential password. Members'
private passwords are not captured by the PlaybyPlay UK website
and are not available to PlaybyPlay UK management or employees.
Members may change, correct or remove information submitted on the
optional Preference Questionnaire at any time on the appropriate section
of our website.
To protect your privacy and security, we also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making changes.
